These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PH925 platform, including all games, sports betting, promotions, and financial transactions. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets on PH925.

The PH925 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. PH925 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs age verification measures during registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary.
The PH925 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. PH925 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
To register a PH925 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address. You must also create a secure password. PH925 reserves the right to request supporting identification documents — including a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license — at any time for KYC purposes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on PH925. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PH925 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. PH925 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify PH925 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. PH925 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your Account if it reasonably suspects that your Account has been compromised or is being used in an unauthorized manner.
All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. PH925 is entitled to treat all instructions received through your Account as having been authorized by you.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PH925 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
PH925 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or any content therein.
PH925 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond PH925's reasonable control. PH925 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.
PH925 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. PH925 also reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform or specific features thereof to any user at its sole discretion.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by PH925 are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
New PH925 players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the PH925 Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus must be wagered within thirty (30) days of being credited, after which any unwagered bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account.
Free spin winnings are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a 25x wagering requirement. Free spins are valid for the designated game(s) only and expire within seven (7) days of being credited unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, contribute 10%. Sports bets contribute 100% provided the odds are at least 1.50. PH925 reserves the right to update game contribution rates at any time.
PH925 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it determines in its sole discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing bets that do not constitute genuine gameplay, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
All bets placed on PH925 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. PH925 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that PH925 reasonably determines to constitute irregular betting activity.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on PH925. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by PH925 at any time. PH925 also reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific Accounts at its sole discretion.
In the event of a technical failure during a game or sports event, PH925 will endeavor to settle bets based on the available data at the time of the failure. Where settlement is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. PH925's decision on bet settlement in such circumstances is final.
For sports betting, PH925 covers a wide range of events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and sabong. Specific rules for each sport and market type are available within the Sports section of the Platform.
PH925 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. PH925 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.
The minimum deposit amount on PH925 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the PH925 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. PH925 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Any Real Money Balance that has not been subject to at least one (1) qualifying wager prior to a withdrawal request may be subject to a processing fee at PH925's discretion. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly and must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement.
PH925 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. PH925 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved are connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. PH925 may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities as required by law.
All content on the PH925 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of PH925 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the PH925 Platform without the prior written consent of PH925.
The PH925 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PH925. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of PH925.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PH925 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the PH925 Platform.
PH925's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PH925 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PH925 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PH925's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

PH925 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform services (including payment processing and KYC verification), or as described in the Privacy Policy.
PH925 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PH925 will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the PH925 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting PH925 customer support.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and PH925, you agree to first contact PH925 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
PH925 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by PH925 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
